Guest and visitors are always
welcome in housing, but you are responsible for their
conduct. If conduct of a guest or visitor violates these
rules, you are expected to advise the person of the
violation.
Guest must be registered with the
Neighborhood Management Office (NMO) if staying longer than 24
hours. Written approval is required for all guests staying
over 30 days.
In addition to being registered
with the NMO, your guests will require a background check through
security if they plan on being unescorted at anytime while
visiting.
*Unescorted access background
checks applies to ALL persons over the age
of 18 that are visiting the installation. The resident is
responsible for taking the Notification of Guest in Resident’s
Quarters paperwork to security. Please be advised the NMO must
sign the Notification of Guest paperwork prior to it being taken to
security. Security requires at least a 3
business day notification prior to the arrival of the
guests if unescorted privileges are requested so the background
check can be approved. Also if you have an international
guest, security requires a background check on them as well.
This includes ALL escorted and
unescorted guests. Security needs a 10 business
day notification prior to the arrival of the guest to be
cleared through the security clearance.
