TAKE 5 CEL Surveys Kick Off Soon!!

Within the next few weeks, we will kick-off our Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey Party! The survey is part of our performance assessment program and your participation is critical. We intend to use the results to identify what our Residents like and /or don’t like about the property management services, the property, and our performance.
The survey was designed by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm of CEL & Associates, Inc. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Only CEL & Associates, Inc. Employees will open the returned envelopes and they have been instructed not to disclose the responses of any individual survey to us. The survey results are completely confidential and anonymous, so please express your true feelings and thoughts. (The bar code, number and black boxes on the survey and the color –coding on the return envelope only identify your community- they do not identify you individually in any way.)
If you want to elaborate on a particular issue or would like to be contacted regarding a specific concern, please complete the Comment Card that is provided. Your Comment Card will be forwarded to Forest City Residential Management for review and, if requested, direct response.
