Forest City Mid_South Wins Excellence Awards

Forest City recently won 3 "A LIST" Awards for excellence. The "A List" awards are presented annually by the Navy to communities that are rated highest by the residents. These ratings come from the CEL surveys which are scored by the CEL & Associates Inc. National Survey of Resident Satisfaction. Each year we are required by the NAvy to survey each resident in each neighborhood. In order for a housing provider to receive the award, the survey must be returned by at least 20 percent of the neighborhood households and the results of the survey have to total an 85 percent overall satisfaction rating. We want to thank our residents that took time to complete and return their surveys. Your opinion does count!!
