Forest City Military Communities current military housing portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, Illinois and Tennessee for Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Northwest and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy’s and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program.

 How To Apply for a Forest City Military Community:

All officers and enlisted personnel are eligible to apply!  

Active Duty members need to fill out an application as well as contact Navy Housing at 901-874-5393/5549.  (Please download the Active Duty Military Application below.)

Retired Military and DoD Employees need to complete a Qualification Letter as well as an application.  Please download the Retired Military and DoD Employee Application below.)
