Forest City Military Communities current military housing portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, Illinois and Tennessee for Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Northwest and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy’s and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program.

 How To Apply for a Forest City Military Community:

All officers and enlisted personnel are eligible to apply as!  We also welcome Military Retirees, DoD Employees and Contractors!

Active Duty members need to contact Navy Housing at 901-874-5393/5549 to start the application process as well as complete a Forest City application.  (Please download the Active Duty Military Application below.)

Retired Military, DoD Employees and Contractors need to complete a Qualification Letter as well as an application.  (Please download the Retired Military and DoD Employee Application below.)
